A monochrome group portrait depicting the "Seventh Fallen Technocratic Belgian Empire." Several bearded military generals in formal uniforms with medals stand and sit behind a central figure wearing a gas mask over scientific equipment. A small alien creature sits beside them under a crest featuring lions. French text at the top reads "SEPTIÈME EMPIRE BELGE TECHNOCRATIQUE DÉCHU."
